Some zipcodes have incomplete data.  This can be for any number of reasons:

1. We only provide data that we have verified, we don't "guess" at anything.
2. Military zipcodes may not "share" some data (ie: lat/lon)
3. The service we use to obtain lat/lon, county/TimeZone/Areacode data usually "lags behind" the zipcode database -- The USPS data is accurate as of the day we created the database.
